what I was looking for. We found one designer, gave her three days for a sample and she ended up saying she wasn't able to do it. Luckily Drew's coworkers girlfriend (super random connection) knew a designer in India. We set up a meeting as our last hope. She was by far the most professional and esteemed person we had met with. Below was my inspiration (found via Pinterest). I chose bits and pieces that I wanted to be incorporated with my dress, along with colors and patterns. I'm really detail oriented, so there were a few things with my dress that weren't perfect. For example, I wanted a clasp on the skirt for overall comfort and security (since the dress was so heavy) but the designer used a string instead. A little iffy with all the spinning I was doing. I also asked for a lower neckline and back. The top was also looser than I would have like, especially considering the designer took my measurements herself.
Overall though, my dress was extremely gorgeous and was stunning with the bridesmaids and groomsmen's outfits. If you have any questions or need any help, feel free to reach out!
